Bio: Meadowlark came to us in 2014 with very minimal training. Because she was previously used as a broodmare, she only knew the basics of riding. Learning advanced maneuvers such as sidestepping and pivoting was hard for Meadowlark at first. Her calm disposition won out, however; and today, she is well-loved by many for her steadiness and dependability. Despite her relation to several famous Thoroughbred racehorses, Meadowlark prefers to take things at a slower pace and excels in Western Pleasure and Trail classes at the local shows.
Accomplishments:
- 2016:
- Reserve Champion: Open W/J Trail; Adult Horsemanship; Green Horse/ Rider W/J
- Third Place: Adult Western Pleasure W/J; Adult Western Pleasure
